    The Clayton-Henry NPHC invites you to participate in our 2nd Annual 5k Fun Run, a family-friendly event that promotes health, unity, and community engagement. Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event is open to participants of all ages and fitness level

2024 Greek Stroll-Off!!!

General Rules for Stroll Off Competition

  1. Eligibility: All participating teams must be affiliated with a recognized Greek organization. Each team should have a minimum of 5 members.

  2. Registration: Teams must register by September 1st, 2024. Late registrations will not be accepted.

  3. Performance Time: Each team is allotted a maximum of 8 minutes for their performance. Exceeding this time limit may result in a penalty.

  4. Attire: Teams should wear appropriate attire that reflects their Greek organization's identity. Offensive or inappropriate clothing is prohibited.

  5. Music: Teams must submit their music tracks in advance by September 15th. Music should be clean and free of explicit content. Bring a backup copy of your music on a USB drive on the day of the event.

  6. Props: Props are allowed but must be safe and pre-approved by the event organizers. Any prop usage should not damage the performance area or pose a safety risk.

  7. Performance Area: Teams must stay within the designated performance area. Stepping outside this area may result in a penalty.

  8. Conduct: All participants are expected to exhibit sportsmanship and respect towards other teams, judges, and audience members. Any form of disrespect or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

  9. Judging Criteria: Performances will be judged based on creativity, synchronization, stage presence, originality, and overall impact. Judges' decisions are final.

  10. Safety: Safety is a priority. Teams must ensure that their routines are safe and do not include any hazardous stunts or movements.

  11. Technical Difficulties: In case of technical difficulties, teams will be given a chance to restart their performance. However, this should be reported immediately to the event staff.

  12. Disqualification: Failure to adhere to any of the above rules may result in disqualification from the competition.
