National Pan-Hellenic Council of Clayton and Henry Counties Hosts Inaugural 5K Run & Greek Festival at Heritage Park

McDonough,GA- The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) of Clayton-Henry Counties is excited to announce its upcoming 5K Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, September 28, at Heritage Park, located at 95 Lake Dow Rd, McDonough, GA. This family-friendly event promises a day of fitness, fun, and community spirit, starting with a scenic 5K route through the beautiful Heritage Park.Following the 5K Fun Run/Walk, the festivities will continue with a vibrant Greek Festival. This post-race celebration will feature a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages.

“We are thrilled to host this event and bring together the community for a day of fitness, fun, and celebration,” said Dr.Andrea Thomas, President of the NPHC of Clayton-Henry Counties. “The 5K Fun Run/Walk and Greek Festival not only promote health and wellness but also highlight the unity and spirit of our community.”

Registration for the 5K Fun Run/Walk is now open, and all are welcome to join. Whether you’re an avid runner or prefer a leisurely walk, this event is designed for everyone to enjoy.

A highlight of the event will be the delicious BBQ prepared by the South Metro Atlanta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., offering savory options for every palate.
