Registration Instructions:
1. Visit registration link. There are different links for each type of registration (5K, Vendor and Greek Stroll off). Be sure you select the appropriate choice.
2. Complete personal information.
3. For 5K: If you are a member of a Divine Nine Organization, select Join an existing Group/Team and select your organization. This is a "Who Runs the South Event" and participations counts towards the end of the year award.

Description: The Clayton-Henry NPHC invites you to participate in our 3rd Annual 5k Fun Run, a family-friendly event that promotes health, unity, and community engagement. Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Let's come together for a morning of fitness, camaraderie, and community support and be sure to stick around for our exciting post-race Festival, filled with entertainment, food, and community celebrations.

Regular Registration - Ends June 30, 2025 - $35 -✅ Yes! - Includes swag
Late Registration - Ends August 29, 2025 - $45 - ✅ While supplies last!
Race Day Registration - August 30, 2025 -$55 - ❌ No swag bag

Supporting a Cause:
Proceeds from the 5k Fun Run will go towards the Clayton-Henry NPHC Scholarship Fund and other community initiatives. Your participation will make a positive impact on our community, contributing to our efforts to make college education affordable to all youth interested in higher education.

🔁 No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. Proceeds go directly to a great cause!
🙅♂️ Unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification. Let's keep it fun for everyone!
Participants will receive information to make sure their race is safe and fun. Based upon guidelines near the time of the race, we may arrange participants in smaller groups, or corrals, on race day.
Event Courtesy & Refund Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants; there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag. This scholarship fundraising event has a no refund / no exchange policy.
