Description: The Clayton-Henry NPHC invites you to participate in our Inaugural Clayton-Henry NPHC Greek Stroll Showcase, a celebration of unity, culture, and excellence in Greek organization strolling and stepping. This event brings together teams from recognized Greek organizations to showcase their creativity and skill through synchronized performances. This showcase will take place immediately following the 2nd Annual 5k Fun Run during the festival.

Registration:
Secure your spot by registering online. Registration is FREE for all teams. Click HERE to register. Registration is required for all teams who plan to participate. There will be no walk up registrations on the day of the event.

Greek Stroll Off Showcase:
General Rules:

Eligibility: All participating teams must be affiliated with a recognized Greek organization. Each team should have a minimum of 5 members.

Registration: Teams must register by September 1st, 2024. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Performance Time: Each team is allotted a maximum of 8 minutes for their performance. Exceeding this time limit may result in a penalty.

Attire: Teams should wear appropriate attire that reflects their Greek organization's identity. Offensive or inappropriate clothing is prohibited.

Music: Teams must submit their music tracks in advance by September 15th. Music should be clean and free of explicit content. Bring a backup copy of your music on a USB drive on the day of the event.

Props: Props are allowed but must be safe and pre-approved by the event organizers. Any prop usage should not damage the performance area or pose a safety risk.

Performance Area: Teams must stay within the designated performance area. Stepping outside this area may result in a penalty.

Conduct: All participants are expected to exhibit sportsmanship and respect towards other teams, judges, and audience members. Any form of disrespect or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria: Performances will be judged based on creativity, synchronization, stage presence, originality, and overall impact. Judges' decisions are final.

Safety: Safety is a priority. Teams must ensure that their routines are safe and do not include any hazardous stunts or movements.

Technical Difficulties: In case of technical difficulties, teams will be given a chance to restart their performance. However, this should be reported immediately to the event staff.
