Event Vendor Fee - ($75) + processing fee ($10) - $85.00

You will be responsible for providing your own table, chairs and tent for your booth and no electricity will be provided. If the organizer cancels the event, you will be allowed to be a vendor at the next event.

By proceeding with a chargeback, you understand and acknowledge that our organization may pursue recourse through legal channels to recover any losses incurred as a result of the chargeback.

I agree as a food vendor I MUST have proper insurance and current Food and Sanitation/Safety certifications and complete any county/state requirements and/or inspections within five (5) days prior to the event. (This is strictly enforced for events hosted in HENRY COUNTY). You understand that any fees required by the county or state will be an additional charge at your expense and not included in Clayton-Henry NPHC Vendor fee. No refunds will be provided if inspection is failed or is not completed. It is your responsibilty to ensure your business is compliant with the laws for food vendors and to contact Clayton and Henry County Event permit department for more information about all vending requirements prior to event.

What events are vendors needed?

5K Fun Run/Walk - September 28, 2024 - 8am - 5pm PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANYMORE PAPARAZZI VENDORS FOR THIS EVENT.
How much is the vendor fee and what does it include?

The vendor fee is $85 and is NON-REFUNDABLE. It only includes the vendor space. All vendors must bring their own table, tent and chairs. If Electricity is needed there will be an additional fee.
What time will vendors be allowed to setup?

Vendors will be allowed to setup at least two hours prior to the start of the event. All registered vendors who have completed the application and paid all vendors fees, will receive instructions at least 7 days prior to the event.
Vendor Fees & Sales

All vendor registration fees are final and nonrefundable. We do not guarantee sales for vendors. All transactions are between vendors and customers. Clayton-Henry NPHC shall not be held liable for any issues or transactions between vendors and customers. Fee structure may include and Early Bird Discount option that will only be available for a limited time. After the designated deadline the price may increased with or without notification but will be reflected on vendor registration page.
Food Truck Vendor Information

You must have proper insurance and current Food and Sanitation/Safety certifications. You MUST complete the required fire marshal inspection 5 days prior to the event for all events held in Henry County. No refunds will be provided if inspection is failed or is not completed. There may be a fee required. Please contact Henry County Event permit department for more information about all vending requirements prior to event and prior to registering as a vendor.
